1989The origins of the company date back to the late 1980s when Franc Šmajs co-founded the company IDEAL Ltd. 1995Franc Šmajs set up his own company IDEAL SYSTEMS FRANC ŠMAJS s.p.1999
A new company SAS & Co. Ltd. was founded in addition to the existing company due to the increased volume of the serial production 2000Both companies moved to the current location in Grajska vas, along the regional road Celje-Ljubljana 2003Introduction of SolidWorks software package as a tool for computer-aided 3D design 2007Relocation of the structure, management and part of the production to new business premises and the introduction of the MasterCAM programme as the main tool for programming CNC machines 2008SAS & Co. Ltd. was renamed into SASPRO Ltd. (automation systems and serial production) 2010A part of the serial production was relocated to a 1000 m2 hall five kilometres from the head office of the company due to the increased volume of production 2011The company moved the part of the dislocated production back to the head office location and started the purchase of the adjacent land and to prepare a plan to build a new 700 m2 large hall |
